Fortune talks to Netflix founder and CEO Reed Hastings about the birth of Netflix.  It started when he had to pay a $40 late fee for failing to return a video.   Annoying and frustrating, right?

What distinguishes entrepreneurs from everyone else is that while most people just complain, entrepreneurs channel their frustration into creating opportunity and potential.
