The Context For Strategy Intensive

Several of my B2B Entrepreneur clients have recently raised their goals significantly.
Based on their recent successes and new-found desire, they are raising the bar for themselves — they want to generate more income, work with higher level clients, raise their fees, and work in their personal zone of genius on a consistent basis.
But raising the bar begs a question that they are all now asking themselves:
What exactly do I need to do differently to meet my goals?
I know I can’t keep doing the same things, but I’m not sure what else to do. I need to do something differently to break out of my pattern, but I don’t know what it is.
Big dreams are great. But unless you convert those dreams into a specific plan, they soon become demoralizing and depressing. Serious business owners understand this dynamic and take specific steps to counter it.
These B2B Entrepreneurs are coming to my house outside Raleigh, North Carolina from August 20-22 to create a very specific, concrete plan of action that will precisely answer this question for them.
They will walk out of my house on Friday afternoon with a detailed action plan to guide them from September through December on exactly what they need to do week-by-week to generate more business — and not just more business, but more of the right business.
(Most people will come back from the end of summer, roll through Labor Day weekend, and then scramble to try to get something accomplished before the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays set in. Then they will wonder why another year passed them by. Make a decision that this will not happen to you.)
This event is very small, intimate, and intense. Every person will have several hot-seat opportunities to drill down into the specifics of your business and to identify exactly what you need to do to move forward. (By the way, when I say hot-seat, it will be scorching, searing hot. So if you want to chill and be a passive observer, this is not for you. I want you to identify exactly what you need to do to go grow your business. Very likely this will mean doing something you are seriously resisting. Not to scare you away, but I don’t want to waste your time or the time of the group. I’m simply at a point in my business where I’m not interested in tinkering around the edges or applying band-aid solutions and pretending that we are actually solving anything.)
I am opening up a few seats in this event for the right people. (Literally, these are seats in my living room.) You need to have a B2B focus, your ideal client is an executive, owner or C-level individual within a business or organization, and the value you create for your client’s organization is significant. If those apply, I can likely help you grow your business in significant ways. But that mostly depends on you.
The investment is significant and I will personally interview you to make sure you are a good fit. If we can’t both see see how you can multiply your investment within a few months, I won’t allow you to attend.
