Here’s my promise to you:

How do we accomplish this outcome? I am bringing together a very small group on entrepreneur/owners (strict maximum of 12). Together we will create for each of you:

STRATEGIC CLARITY — We will work together to redesign your business model to achieve your professional, personal, and financial goals. You will get clear on your business model — pricing, positioning, packaging, capacity/delivery/financial model, and specific actions needed to build your business over the next twelve months.

SALES CONFIDENCE — We will work together to significantly upgrade your sales skills and confidence, so you can expertly diagnose your client’s issues and present your offer effectively. You will have a specific sales plan — who to talk to and what to say (and not to say). We will role-play extensively so you are prepared for even the worst-case scenarios.

How will you know if you’ve gotten this outcome? Very simple.

About two-thirds through the event, I will ask you to assess your confidence level in all of the topics we’ve covered:

Do you know specifically who you are going to talk to next? What problem do you solve for them? What is the value of solving this problem? What specifically will you offer them that A) solves the problem and B) aligns with your strategic goals for personal, professional, and financial success? Are you ready for that conversation?  If you are wobbly in any of these areas, we will keep going until you are solid.

Now of course, you still have to go out into the marketplace and do it. And you may feel a twinge of fear before you meet with your next client. I get it. But you will be seriously equipped for your next conversations.

Here’s why I’ve designed the intensive in this manner:

A business strategy that is not connected to sales execution is completely worthless.  I’ve been working in this arena for fifteen years. Too often, I’ve seen strategy and sales completely disconnected.  Perhaps you’ve been to a strategy offsite, where visionary plans are created — but nothing changes at the point of sale.  Or you’ve gone to sales trainings, where you learn techniques that are completely out of context from your current strategy.

If you are an ENTREPRENEUR, you simply cannot afford the time and money to approach strategy and sales in a disconnected way. You must be out in the marketplace every day.
